Document Description
The proposed project includes the addition of 164 refrigerated cargo outlets and associated infrastructure on the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal (TAMT) to accommodate Dole Fresh Fruit Company's (Dole) existing operations. The total refrigerated cargo outlets will be increased from 505 slots to 669 slots. Dole currently services between 3 and 7 ships per month, and its operations (including truck trips and employee vehicle trips) will not increase as a result of the additional cargo outlets. The new refrigerated outlets will be sited in an area that is currently used for non-refrigerated cargo storage along the western and southern boundary of the Jankovich tank farm within Dole's existing leasehold.
