Document Description
Install new siding and upgrade Residence 2 at Columbia State Historic Park to mantain the structure and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Work will remove existing dilapidated wood shingle siding and replace with California Channel Rustic siding; excavate 18'L x 17' W x 4" D to install paving blocks for the ADA-compliant parking; excavate 30' L X 5'W X 4"D to install red bricks for the compliant path of travel; construct compliant doorways with 32" clearance and install compliant door hardware, kitchen cabinets and bathroom features.
