Document Description
The CAP outlines a course of action to reduce community-wide greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions generated within the City of Rio Vista. Sucessful implementation of the CP will reduce GHG emissions to 15 percent below 2005 levels by 2020 and set on a path toward reducing emissions to 80 percent below 1990 level.
