Document Description
DFD staff shall remove all vegetation within a five foot swath around the staircase leading from the control building on the right abutment access road (below Del Valle Dam) to the asphalt pad at the Conservation Outlet Works (COW) intake structure. Vegetation shall be removed both from around and within the staircase. Vegetation removal will be primarily done with hand tools and/or weed eaters. If not sufficient, then loppers/chain saws will be used. The proposed project is intended to remove nuisance vegetation which creates a hazard by impairing DWR structures.
