Document Description
DFD staff shall remove all vegetation from the glory hole access road, including a five foot swath from both sides of the road, leading from the glory hole building located on the right abutment access road to the glory hole structure. DFD staff shall grade the glory hole access road, including a portion of the right abutment access road and also the road encircling the glory hole structure. Roadway grading shall be done by first wetting the roadway with a water truck, adding a ¾ inch aggregate base cap, making another pass with a water truck, and then making several passes along the entire roadway with a roller for compaction.
