The Palomino Lakes Mutual Water Company proposes to connect an existing 190-gpm well to the distribution system and connect hypochlorination disinfection to the existing well. The structure that will house the chlorine solution tank, treatment instrument and controls, will be 10-feet by 12-feet in size.
