The proposed Project consists of a Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) to further subdivide a previously developed four-lot shopping center (9.04 acres) into 11 lots of varying sizes. Each of the nine existing in-line buildings and the two existing pad buildings would occupy a separate parcel on the site. The proposed TPM includes a reciprocal easement for vehicular parking and vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress to and from the premises over and across the shopping center common area and common area improvements. No new construction is proposed as part of this Project. Review and action on the request by the Planning Commission is required by State Law (the Subdivision Map Act) and Title 22 (Land Development) of the City's Municipal Code.
