Document Description
The proposed project will install survey monuments to monitor horizontal movement of the slope above and around the Conservation Outlet Works (COW) Sixteen survey monuments will be installed by driving 3/4 to one inch diameter rebar into the soil/rock at predetermined locations. Monitoring personnel will access the survey marker sites by foot, however, minor trimming of shrubs and grasses will occur to accommodate the installation and allow access to the markers for monitoring for a period of one year after installation.
