Document Description
The projec is limited to 1 encroachment to remove the unauthorized placement of rip-rap (concrete slabs and rock) along the right bank of the Mad River pursuant to the California Coastal Commission consent Cease and Desist Order (CC-13-CD-05) and Consent Restoration Order (CCC-13-RO-05). The project area will be recontoured, erosion control applied above ordinary high water, invasive species removed/controlled, revegetated with native riparian and brackish marsh plants, and monitored for a period of five years.
