Document Description
CDFw has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0210-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Felicia Kashevaroff. The project is limited to replacement of a failing stone revetment wall on the shore of the Tahoe Keys Lagoon tributary to Lake Tahoe. The existing rock revetment will be disassembled and the rock salvaged for reuse in the new revetment. The rock revetment will be underlain by geotextile fabric and keyed into the lakeshore slope at both the top and bottom of the wall. The failing revetment wall is 70 feet long by 7 feet high. The new revetment will also be 70 feet long and 7 feet high, occupying the same footprint. All work will be conducted from the landward side of the revetment and appropriate erosion control methods and materials will be employed to ensure that sediment does not enter the lagoon waters.
