For the purpose of this Agreement the project is limited to a project for the restoration of a previously altered site to support 0.77 acres of seasonal wetland, perennial wetland, and open water habitat adjacent to Little Wolf Creek, for the purpose of supporting the threatened California Black Rail. The project includes a 45-foot long by 5-foot wide "leaky rock weir" across the creek and associated floodplain, a benched perennial and seasonal wetland basin; a low berm constructed along the creek; inflow wetland swales; and a rock armored outflow back into the creek.
