Document Description
The project consists of implementing a statutory requirement to use nonlead projectiles and ammunition for the take of wildlife statewide no later than July 1, 2019 and, in whole or in part, earlier if practicable. Specifically, the project includes addition of 250.1 to Title 14, amendment of existing 311, 353, 464, 465, 475, and 485, as well as repeal of 355 of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations. Pursuant to Pub. Resources Code 21080.5, 14 C.C.R. 1525 (b), and 14 C.C.R. 781.5, CDFW prepared an Environmental Document as the functional equivalent of an EIR.
