Document Description
AB 711 (Chapter 742, Statutes of 2013) requires the Fish and Game Commission to promulgate regulations by July 1, 2015 that phase in the use of nonlead ammunition for the take of wildlife with a firearm in California. The statute requires that nonlead ammunition be used for the take of all wildlife in the state by July 1, 2019.
