Document Description
East Palo Alto Community Alliance Neighborhood Development Organization (EPA CAN DO) and Mid-Peninsula The Farm, Inc. have formed MP-CANDO University Avenue Senior Housing LLC ("MP CAN DO") to develop 41 housing units targeting very-low and extremely-low income senior residents. The proposed development site consists of six contiguous lots along University Avenue. The project consists of acquisition of the site and demolition of the existing eight residential dwelling units consisting of four single family homes and two duplexes that currently occupy the site. A new four-story building will be constructed that will contain 41 affordable homes for very-low income seniors. The approximate unit mix will be 36 one-bedroom units and 5 two-bedroom units. The site plan includes 36 parking spaces, a community room and community garden.
