Document Description
The Agency proposes to construct a 3,000 sf or smaller office building, a paved parking lot, and related site improvements. To provide access to the building, a new paved entrance road from the landfill entry driveway will be constructed. Additional site improvements consist of an on-site septic system; an on-site potable water system; a fire suppression system that includes a 10,000 gallon water tank, and a fire hydrant; a gravel pathway to the east of the proposed office building and landscaping. The project requires a General Plan Amendment and Rezone.
