Document Description
The Tehama County/Red Bluff Landfill Management Agency proposes to construct a 3,000 sf or smaller office building, a paved parking lot, and related site improvements. To provide access to the buildings, a new paved entrance road from the landfill entry driveway will be constructed. Additional site improvements consist of an on-site septic system including a leach field and a 1,000 gallon septic tank; a on-site potable water system including a groundwater well and pump, a 168-sf pump house, and water lines from the pump house to the office building; a fire suppression system that includes a 10,000 gallon water tank, and a fire hydrant; a gravel pathway to the east of the proposed office building; and landscaping. The project will require a General Plan Amendment and a rezone.
