Document Description
The City of Ukiah has submitted an application to the Mendocino Local Agency Formation Commission requesting an update to the City of Ukiah Sphere of Influence. The proposed project would reduce the 1984 SOI from approximately 218 square miles to approximately 7 square miles. The proposed SOI reduction would be consistent with recommendations included in the 1995 Ukiah General Plan, which identifies the area for which the City of Ukiah could extend its services, embrace new territory, and anticipate growth over the next 20 years.
