The proposed project consists of a tentative parcel map to create four 1.3-acre parcels and a 22.4-acre remainder. A cul-de-sac, approximately 350 feet in length, off of Dwinnell Way, is proposed for access to the four 1.3-acre parcels and may be utilized to access the remainder.
