Housing Element Update 2015-2023

This IS provides environmental analysis pursuant to the CEQA for the proposed City of Half Moon Bay General Plan Housing Element Update, assessing the significance of environmental impacts that could result due to the adoption and implementation of the Housing Element. This Housing Element Update would revise the City's Housing Element consistent with State law. No new housing sites, beyond those already identified in the current General Plan, LCP and Zoning Code, are proposed as part of this update. No changes to land use designations, zoning, building heights or intensities, or residential densities are proposed.
