Document Description
The City is proposing to replace an existing 7,460-lineal foot segment of gravity interceptor sewer with a new line to improve capacity to prevent storm water infiltration and eliminate manhole surcharging that presently occurs during significant wet weather events and to accommodate additional wastewater flows from the proposed Crystal Geyser bottling facility. This segment of sewer interceptor line, located primarily west of I-5, is currently a system "bottleneck" that has experienced episodic manhole surcharge events over the past several years.
