The project is to update the Housing Element of the Town of Portola Valley General Plan as required by Government Code Sections 65580 et seq. The Housing Element is a comprehensive statement by the Town describing the housing needs of Portola Valley and how the Town's plans, policies, programs and regulations facilitate and encourage the development, improvement and preservation of housing for all economic segments of the community.
