The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0130-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mr. Kenneth McDonald.
The project is limited to 1 encroachment for the removal of existing double concrete culverts approximately 12 to 18 inch in diameter and native vegetation planting within a 25-foot streamside buffer associated with a minor subdivision project.
