The Central Valley Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for this project. The project consists of removing two sanitary sewer lift stations at Mormon Island and Lakeridge Oaks and installing five manholes, and installing 823 feet of pipeline that carries flow to the nearby Promontory 3 Lift Station.
