The project includes the conversion of an existing 3,600 square foot residence into an office/operations building, a 600 square foot office building, conversion of an existing 5,100 square foot shop/storage building to a truck maintenance and repair building, a 1,600 square foot office/operations building, and a construction services heavy facility with an equipment and material storage yard. The project site is located on the south side of State Route 12 Highway, approximately 900 feet east of Flag City Boulevard, Lodi (Supervisorial District 4).
