Document Description
General Plan Amendment and Code Amendments to two ordinances: the Clustered Agricultural Housing and Agricultural Conservation and Mitigation Ordinances (Sections 8-2.403 and 8-2.403 and 8-2.403 of Chapter 2 of Title 8 of the Yolo County Code). The General Plan Amendment would revise Land Use Policy LU 2.2 of the Yolo 2030 Countywide General Plan to be consistent with the intent of the revised ordinances. The revised Clustered Agricultural Housing Ordinance significantly changes the original ordinance by concentrating the clustering provisions on antiquated subdivisions and related parcels, instead of addressing all small parcels under 20 acres. The proposed revisions to the Agricultural Conservation and Mitigation Ordinances would allow development projects of less than 20 acres to pay an agricultural in-lieu fee, along with other minor changes.
