Document Description
The County anticipates that development of the CLIBP at the former Crows Landing military site would require more than 30 years to reach full buildout, and the needs associated with parcel development will continue to evolve. Therefore, the proposed CLIBP does not offer specific parcels for development, but areas that can be sized based on the individual needs of site tenants and developers. The proposed CLIBP Specific Plan, which will be appended to the EIR, will provide objectives, goals, and policies for the ~1,532 acre site that will further the County's vision for the property. The Specific Plan would allow proposed tenants to develop parcels that are suitable for their diverse and unique needs.
