Project includes removing and replacing a vehicular bridge crossing, restoring riparian vegetation, and installing CA freshwater shrimp habitat structure(s).
Project will result in impacts to CA freshwater shrimp habitat including temporary impacts to 7,274 sq. ft.; the project will permanently remove approx. 20 linear feet of CA freshwater shrimp habitat. The project is expected to result in incidental take of CA freshwater shrimp, which is designated as an endangered species under CESA. The ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
