Document Description
A total of 255 townhomes (156 townhomes and 99 live-work townhomes) are proposed for the site. A three-story building will be constructed with two and three-bedroom townhomes and live-work units. The unit mix includes 76 2-bedroom, 80 3-bedroom townhomes; 25 2-bedroom live-work units, and 74 3-bedroom live-work units. A 2,980 sf incubator suite and a 2,630 sf fitness center is proposed as on-site amenities. An internal network of driveways, and 490 parking spaces, consisting of 510 garage stalls and 80 guest stalls are proposed for the project. Vehicle access to and from the site would be provided via an entry and exit onto Harbour Way South and an additional entry and exit driveway onto Wright Avenue.
