Document Description
The project is a request for a Tentative Parcel map to subdivide an existing 279 acre (approximate) parcel into two parcels of approximately 110 acres (Parcel 1) and 168 acres (Parcel 2) to separate the existing agricultural uses from the recreational and open space uses. All uses will remain the same - no development is proposed. Parcel 2 will be sold to a party that will farm the land with adjacent lands currently in agricultural production.
