Document Description
The Project exchanges fee title property and easements of equal value between Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District and Ridge Vineyards in the Monte Bello Ridge area of western Santa Clara County. The fee title property transferred to MROSD would be added to the Monte Bello Open Space Preserve to be used as dedicated public open space and the fee title property transferred to Ridge would be used for viticulture. The Project also includes an easement exchange between the two parties.
