Document Description
The project involves upgrading the existing Superior Farms processing facility. The applicant has applied for minor revision 3 to incorporate proposed changes to the site. The primary upgrade includes construction of a 55,200 sf cold storage building south of the existing development. If constructed, the new structure will replace approximately 45,700 sf of buildings currently utilized at the northwest corner of APN 0112-040-220. In addition, approximately 450 linear feet of roadway infrastructure would be installed across APN 0112-040-200. Paved driveway encroachments would also be constructed along Midway Road to afford vehicle ingress/egress from Midway Road. Existing access from State Highway 113 would no longer be utilized.
