The project proposes to widen Grove A venue in the city of Ontario and the
county of San Bernardino, from four lanes to six lanes, between Fourth Street and State Street/Airport Drive. The purpose of the proposed project is to alleviate existing and anticipated future congestion along Grove Avenue, between Fourth Street and State Street/Airport Drive and to improve traffic operations along the corridor in the city of Ontario.
