Document Description
The project consists of specific plan amendment (SPA 14-003) and Design Review (DRP 14-020). SPA 14-003 amends the Fontana Gateway Specific Plan to: 1) change the specific plan's parking requirement for warehouses; and 2) allow loading facilities (roll-up doors, dock high doors) to face Slover Ave when certain conditions are met. DRP 14-020 provides a development plan for 671,324 sf, high cube warehouse building, including a detailed land use plan, architectural plans, and landscape design. On February 23, 2016, the City determined to carry out the project by approving DRP 14-020.
