The Project includes an amendment to the Fontana Gateway Specific Plan (SPA 14-000003) and a Design Review Project 14-000020 (DRP 14-000020). These applications are collectively referred to as Master Case Number 14-000052 (MCN 14-000052), and would allow for the construction and operation of one high cube distribution warehouse building that would contain 671,324 sf of total floor space, as well as surface parking areas and drive aisles, utility infrastructure, landscaping, and other site improvements on the subject property.
