The Palmdale Recycled Water Authority is proposing to implement their 2014 Recycled Water Facilities Plan, which includes construction and operation of distribution pipelines and laterals and pumping facilities. The proposed project would provide approximately 1,325 AFY of tertiary-treated recycled water to PRWA customers, primarily for landscape irrigation at parks, schools, and golf courses.
