Document Description
The proposed project will involve the construction of a 1,210,800 sf business park on a 54.69-acre site. The proposed business park will consist of three new concrete tilt-up structures. Building 1 will consist of approximately 402,634 sf; Building 2 will consist of approximately 506,465 sf; and Building 3 will consist of approximately 300,700 sf. The project site was formerly occupied by the Powerine Oil Refinery.
