Document Description
The proposed project is a proposal to construct a new business park development totaling approximately 1,230,585 sf of floor area. The project site consists of 54.69-acres (2,382,223 sf) and was formerly occupied by the Powerine Oil Refinery. The proposed project will involve the construction of three new concrete tilt-up industrial warehouse buildings referred to as Building 1, Building 2, and Building 3. Building 1 will consist of approximately 403,624 sf; Building 2 will consist of 506,465 sf; and Building 3 will consist of 300,700 sf.
