Document Description
The operation of the WWTF and discharge are regulated through permit issued by the CVRWQCB, specifically NPDES Permit NO CA0079430, Order R5-2015-0041 adopted April 17, 2015. The permit specifically requires the District to construct tertiary treatment unit process in addition to the installation of new process to meet additional and more stringent discharge limitations. The CVRWQCB has adopted two time schedule orders for constituent limitations unattainable with the existing WWTF.
