Document Description
Coastal Development Permit for development with a positive archaeological report to allow the installation of underground electrical utilities, cable, phone, and associated infrastructure throughout the community of Moss Landing. The project will ultimately implement Moss Landing Underground Utility Rule 20A and 20B. Equipment will be installed, owned, and operated by PG&E Company and AT&T. Most of the area required for installation is in the public right-of-way; however, several locations are on privately owned parcels in the Moss Landing Community Plan of the North County Coastal Zone.
