- The project is the adoption and inclusion of a new Health and Sustainability Element into the City's General Plan. This Element will be an integral component of the City's General Plan and it will address future efforts to improve community health and sustainability through land use, mobility, parks and recreation, and other policy directives. The Element will provide on-going direction to decision-makers and will help the public understand the framework for improving local environmental conditions and promoting healthy living practices for current and future residents.
