Prezoning consistent with proposed land use designations. Approval of the Ferrari Ranch Planned Development Master Plan, which applies to approximately 160 acres of the project site. The master plan includes primarily regional retail commercial uses along with 30 acres of hospital/medical offices, and a 20-acre regional park. Approval of a vesting tentative map for the Ferrari Ranch area. Total development capacity is approximately 3,160,554 SF of building and 195 residential units not currently planned, but available for infill within the existing Station/Manchester area.
