Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0155-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Los Angeles County Public Works. The project consists of the following tasks: 1) modify existing spillways; 2) construct a new pedestrian bridge and upgrade the existing hoist system; 3) modify existing inlet/outlet works; 4) repair the existing shotcrete on the downstream canyon walls and toe of the dam; 5) improvements to the ancillary facilities of the dam; and 6) replace existing potable water system. The spillway modification will include nighttime hours, over a 10-night period, from February 2020 to May 2020. Nighttime work will only be conducted in areas designated specifically in the amendment executed.
