Document Description
The Corner@2Oaks project proposes a total of 92,000 sf of standard commercial use, 9,000 sf of restaurant and a 116-room hotel. Phase 1 covers the northern portion of the project site and includes 19,000 sf of standard commercial office, 19,000 sf of medical office, 4,000 sf of retail, 4,000 sf of restaurant and a 116-room hotel. Phase 2 is in the southern portion of the project site and includes 35,000 sf of office, 15,000 sf of retail and 5,000 sf of restaurant. Discretionary actions for the project include a Site Development Plan (SDP 14-005), Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM 114-004), and Conditional Use Permit for proposed hotel use (CUP 14-008).
