Document Description
To build a hay processing and storage facility that will process approximately 125 tons of hay per day, with about 10 employees, and is expected to have about 10 trucks delivering unprocessed hay and 5 trucks hauling hay bales away daily. The facility will include a 20,000 sf pre-fabricated open metal structure that will cover the hay processing equipment, short-term storage and high dock; in addition, adjacent to the metal structure will be a modular office and truck scale - all surrounded by several hay storage areas, to the north and south, that will hold up to 15,000 tons of unprocessed hay. The existing mobile home on the site will be used as an office and living quarters for the facilities security guard/caretaker.
