Document Description
Two options are being considered for development of new single family and/or townhomes in the La Habra Civic Center area. Option 1 would entail development of approximately 110 new single family homes and/or townhomes, on 5.5 acres currently developed with the City of La Habra City Hall and Art Gallery, a Post Office, and the adjacent Crossroads Community Church property. The existing site improvements in these areas would be demolished and the City Hall and Post Office would be relocated to a nearby office property, through renovations of existing office buildings and an adjacent surface parking lot. Option 2 would entail development of approximately 47 new townhomes at the site of the same office buildings involved in Option 1.
