CDFW has executed an amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2012-0218-R4, issued to Midnight Sun, Inc. II.
The project includes activities related to the remediation of past unauthorized activities including bank regrading, vegetation restoration, culvert replacement, debris removal, and interim erosion control measures.
