Document Description
CDFW has executed an amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2012-0218-R4, issued to Midnight Sun, Inc. II. The project includes activities related to the remediation of past unauthorized activities including bank regrading, vegetation restoration, culvert replacement, debris removal, and interim erosion control measures. The amendment includes changing the time frame during which replacement plantings may be installed, and adds requirements deemed necessary to complete the remediation of the site.
