Document Description
To maximize public access to and along the coast of Laguna Beach, the project proposes to enhance and restore four access areas to the beaches and coastal resources of the City. Specifically, coastal access facilities will be restored and enhanced at Thalia Street, Oak Street, Mountain Road, and Agate Street in the City of Laguna Beach. Each project will remove existing walkway and stairs, replacing these with new stairs and walkways designed to improve access and increase landscape area. All projects will replace existing overlook/view areas with more accessible facilities.
