The project is located at an unnamed tributary to Fuller Creek, in the County Sonoma, State of California; Section 8, Township 10N, Range 13W, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) map Annapolis, Mt. Diablo base and meridian. The project is limited to the installation of two culverts at crossings 17 and 18 as denoted in the Non-industrial Timber Management Plan (NTMP) 1-11NTMP-005 SON "Mendo-Soma NTMP" and the Notice of Timber Operations (NTO) No. 5.
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2014-0304-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Randall C. Jacobszoon representing Jacobszoon and Associates.
