Document Description
THe Springs Fire of May 2, 2013 burned the flammable portion of this restrooms' roof and plumbing facilities. The structure is cinderblock on a concrete pad. The project proposes to replace what burned or melted including the complete roof system, doors, plumbing, and water saving, low-flow fixtures. The facility will also be brought up to current ADA standards. Low voltage (battery) solar lighting will be used for security lighting. All work will be accomplished within the existing concrete pad and walls.
