Document Description
The Proposed Project is a new four-year Tideland Use and Occupancy Permit (TUOP) to Hillard Family Trust Number 1 (tenant) for use of approximately 950 square feet of tideland area located at 545 Antonio Avenue in the City of San Diego (property). The tenant is the new owner of the adjoining upland residence located at 545 San Antonio Avenue. The TUOP allows for the property to be used only and exclusively for the purpose of footings, foundations, and wall, which currencly exist. Pursuant to the TUOP, activities of the tenant shall not interfere with the use and enjoyment of the property by the general public and for no other purpose whatsoever without prior written consent of the Executive Director of District in each instance.
